Therapy Oils

In a blender or food mixer blend
1 c cilantro, stems removed
2 jalapenos deseeded
2 garlic glove
½ c mayo
½ sour cream
2 drops YL Lime essential oil
1 drop YL Black Pepper Essential oil
2 drops Coriander essential oil
1 tsp salt Blend and then add 1/4c olive oil slowly in the blender- chill -serve with rice/ veggies

Peruvian Green Sauce

2 Parts Tequila
1 Part Triple Sec
½ part Rose’s lime juice
½ part fresh squeezed lime juice
2 drops YL Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
2 drops YL Lime Essential Oil
Put in a blender with ice and add fresh orange juice to the top- Blend.

Mix and keep in fridge 4 hours before eating.
1 can 6 oz tuna
1 1/3c mayo
1/2c chopped onion
2 jalapenos chopped- deseeded
1/4c cilantro
2 drops YL Black Pepper Essential Oil
2 drops YL Coriander Essential Oil
1 drop YL Dill Essential Oil

Add to ¼ c Olive Oil and then- adjust to your tastes
Mix 1 drop each
